Mike Rice is a seasoned senior healthcare leader with extensive experience in strategic planning, project management, and change management. Currently serving as the Director of Strategic Planning PMO at McKesson, Mike has successfully managed portfolios of strategic projects, generating significant cost savings and operational improvements across various healthcare settings.
