Mishka Henry

Mishka Henry is an experienced industrial engineer currently employed at McKesson since December 2021, where responsibilities include engineering labor standards using MOST methodology and managing the labor management system for five distribution centers. Prior to McKesson, Mishka served as a manufacturing engineer at Pall Corporation from August 2016 to December 2021, supporting the consumables area and designing an Excel program with macros for production data collection. Mishka also participated in Pall Corporation's Operational Leadership Program, which involved a rotational experience across four diverse operational functions and leadership development. Additional work experience includes positions at ROSS Dress for Less Inc., UF Health Eye Center, Computer and Information Systems Engineering Advising at the University of Florida, and Finish Line. Mishka holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the University of Florida, completed in 2016.
