Nyshuma Mitchell

Nyshuma Mitchell is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and account management. As the Founder and CEO of Innovative Renovations since April 2009, Nyshuma has driven the company's vision and growth. In a concurrent role at McKesson/MDC since June 2007, Nyshuma has successfully managed, sold, and serviced over 200 accounts nationwide, achieving annual sales exceeding $4.9 million. Previous experience includes serving as Project Coordinator at Lincoln Heights Community Improvement Corporation from January 2003 to January 2006, where Nyshuma conducted studies on blighted properties and coordinated land acquisitions for a new elementary school. Academically, Nyshuma holds a Bachelor of Arts in Entrepreneurial & Organizational Leadership from the University of Cincinnati and an Associate of Arts in Urban Planning from Cincinnati State Technical and Community College.
