Ronald Jacobs is a seasoned quality assurance professional with extensive experience in the field. Currently, Ronald serves as Co-Founder at JAG Industrials since March 2021 and holds the position of QA Lead at McKesson since September 2015. Previously, Ronald was the Director of Quality at Confluence and also managed quality software, contributing to that organization from April 2010 to September 2015. Ronald began a career at Genilogix from April 2000 to April 2010, where responsibilities included pre-sales demonstrations and training on HP testing products, and providing on-site consulting for QA best practices. Earlier experience includes working as a QA engineer at FHLB from 1995 to 2000, focusing on year 2000 testing of all systems. Ronald holds a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems from ISI, completed between 1981 and 1985.
