Rusten A. May is currently the Managing Principal Counsel at McKesson, where they guide an agile legal team in the domains of data privacy, cybersecurity, and emerging healthcare technologies. Previously, Rusten held various positions including University Privacy Officer at Tulane University and Regulatory Compliance Specialist at UnitedHealth Group, where they developed expertise in healthcare compliance and legal risk management. Rusten has also served as a Senior Staff Attorney at the Louisiana Department of Insurance and as an Associate Attorney at Aaron & Gianna, PLC.
