Sara Benson

Sara Benson has extensive experience in operational excellence and program management within the real estate sector, currently serving as the Director of Operational Excellence for Global Real Estate at McKesson since April 2006. In this role, Sara leads PMO initiatives focused on process engineering, technology, reporting, and analytics. Previous positions at McKesson include Director and Senior Program Management Leader, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing a diverse portfolio of real estate projects and enhancing project management support. Prior to McKesson, Sara worked at Keane Incorporated managing healthcare service delivery and at McKesson Medical-Surgical as a Regional Project Manager, where a significant contribution was the development of the Crosslink system. Sara's career began at Owens & Minor as a System Administrator, further demonstrating a strong foundation in operational and project management.
