Sasha Bailey is an experienced communications executive and brand builder, currently employed as a Director of Human Resources Communications at McKesson. Previously, Sasha served as Senior Director of Communications & Inclusion at TK Elevator, leading a 17-member team and developing comprehensive communication strategies. Earlier roles included Director of Internal Communications at thyssenkrupp Elevator and Corporate Sustainability Manager, where Sasha oversaw initiatives that engaged thousands of employees across North America. Sasha is also a Communications Strategy Consultant & Advisor, partnering with clients to enhance their brand messaging and stakeholder engagement. Currently, Sasha is pursuing a B.A. at The University of Texas at Dallas, graduating Magna Cum Laude.
