Shellene Baines

Shellene Baines is a strategic and results-driven Process Excellence Leader with extensive experience in continuous improvement, lean implementation, and training. Currently serving as the Director of Business Process at McKesson, they drive enterprise-wide process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and elevate customer and employee experiences. Previously, Shellene held key roles at Owens & Minor, where they managed multimillion-dollar programs and led cross-functional teams to achieve significant operational improvements. They are also an Executive Board Member of Professional Women in Healthcare and are committed to empowering learning and development within organizations. Shellene is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice at the University of Central Florida and has completed various programs at Virginia Commonwealth University and Villanova University.
