Stanton began their career as a Senior Manager, Custom Research at Advisory Board Company from January 1995 to December 1997. Stanton then spent three years as a Volunteer with the Peace Corps from January 1992 to December 1995.

Stanton Mccomb has a MBA from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management and a BA from Villanova University.
