Talia B. is an experienced professional in leadership development and talent management, currently serving as a Senior Facilitator for Leadership Development at McKesson since October 2023. Previously, Talia held the position of Talent Management Lead Consultant at Cencora from January 2021 to October 2023, where Talia led the implementation of global coaching and leadership programs for over 50 countries. At Innomar Strategies, Talia designed talent development initiatives for over 2,500 associates and also served as a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant, collaborating with healthcare organizations like Novartis and Pfizer. Talia began her career at Target as a Human Resources Manager and District Trainer, contributing significantly to the onboarding strategy in Canada, and started in the field at Maimonides Geriatric Centre as a Coordinator for Student Volunteer Programs. Talia holds an Honors Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Behavioral Science from McGill University.
