Teri Mitchell

Teri Mitchell is an experienced communications professional currently serving as the Director of Corporate Communications at McKesson, responsible for overseeing internal, external, and community relations for the Med-Surg business unit. With a history of leadership roles, Teri has developed and executed strategic communication initiatives in various capacities, including serving as Sr. Manager of Employee Engagement and Experience at VCU Health, where Teri led comprehensive communication strategies. Previous positions include consulting at Jack Consulting LLC and holding various roles at UnitedHealth Group, where Teri managed quality programs and communication campaigns. Teri began the career in communications at Anthem, Inc. and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications/Public Relations from Radford University.
