Troy Felder, MBA, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, is a Senior HR Business Partner at McKesson, where they support senior executives in Finance, Corporate Strategy, and Oncology & Specialty segments. With a dual Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Human Resources and a Master of Business Administration focused on Human Resource Management, Troy brings over twenty-five years of management experience, including roles in retail, distribution, and manufacturing. They have served as an HR consultant and held leadership positions within organizations like NAPA Auto Parts and Sherwin Williams, promoting strategic workforce planning and organizational design. Troy is also actively involved with the United Way of Greater Atlanta and previously served as Immediate Past President & CEO of the NAAAHR Atlanta Chapter.
