Vera V. has extensive experience in change management and organizational effectiveness, primarily at McKesson since October 2010, where Vera currently holds the position of Sr. Change Management & Organizational Effectiveness Lead. Vera is a certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, having executed numerous Lean Six Sigma projects across various oncology and rheumatology practices, enhancing financial performance and operational health. Prior roles include operational excellence management and leadership positions at FHP-Bosch and FHP Manufacturing, where responsibilities ranged from manufacturing oversight to quality systems implementation. Vera holds multiple degrees and certifications, including an Advanced Master Certificate from Villanova University and several MBA degrees from Florida Atlantic University, along with various Lean and Six Sigma qualifications.
