Will Dean

Will Dean began their work experience in 2005 as an Art Director at Venables Bell and Partners. Will then moved to Butler Shine Stern & Partners in 2006, where they worked as an Art Director until 2008. From 2008 to 2009, they served as a Senior Art Director at Eleven, Inc. Will joined McKinney in 2009 and held various roles, including Associate Creative Director from 2009 to 2015, Group Creative Director from 2015 until present, and most recently, Head of Art & Design since January 2019.

Will Dean attended James Madison University from 1997 to 2000, where they pursued studies in the School of Media Arts & Design. Will later enrolled at Virginia Commonwealth University from 2002 to 2004 and obtained a degree in Mass Communications with a concentration in Art Direction.
