Anke Mess

Anke Mess is currently the Head of People & Professional Development at McKinsey & Company's Global Energy & Materials Practice, where they lead initiatives focused on talent management and client service in the energy sector. Prior to this role, Anke held various positions at McKinsey, including Associated Director and Professional Development Manager, and played a key role in developing programs to attract and retain internal talent.
