Benjamin Plotinsky

Benjamin Plotinsky is currently a Senior Editor at McKinsey Global Institute, where they focus on editing technical material and managing editorial workflows. They previously served as Managing Editor at the Congressional Budget Office from 2016 to 2022, overseeing the publication process and leading a team of editors. Earlier in their career, Benjamin worked at City Journal in various editorial roles and briefly as Special Assistant to the Mayor of Indianapolis, where they created speeches and articles. Benjamin holds a Ph.D. in English literature from the University of Chicago and an A.B. from Princeton University.
