Clive Needham

Clive Needham serves as the Global Director of Finance at McKinsey & Company since September 2017, overseeing a large team focused on business partnering and fiduciary responsibilities across six regions. Prior to this role, Clive held the position of EEMA Regional CFO, leading finance operations for a diverse region of 18 countries. Clive's earlier experience includes serving as the Regional Operations Director for Strategy& (PwC), where strategic direction and acquisitions were key responsibilities. As Global Finance Director at AT Kearney, oversight of global tax planning and internal audits were among Clive's duties. Clive has also managed finance teams for GTECH Corporation and started at KPMG in audit and corporate recovery. Clive holds a BSc from The City University Business School.
