Ester Teper

Ester Teper is a Business Analyst at McKinsey & Company since July 2023. Previously, Ester served as a Teaching Assistant at Vanderbilt University from January 2021 to December 2022, where responsibilities included designing and grading course materials for subjects such as Applied Behavioral Science and Organizational Behavior. Ester gained valuable experience as a Supply Network Operations Intern at Procter & Gamble, automating processes and creating new standards. Selected as a STANDOUT Emerging Leader, Ester was part of a competitive cohort of 225 out of 8,000 applicants. In addition to professional roles, Ester authored a book titled "Unfocused: The Journey to Self-Actualization," raising over $5,000 for publication and selling over 200 copies. Ester was recognized as an NJ Governor's STEM Scholar during a program that connects students with STEM professionals. Ester holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering from Vanderbilt University and has a diverse educational background that includes studies in Psychology and an Associate's degree in Piano.
