Iris Lee

Iris Lee is an Associate at McKinsey & Company, where employment commenced in February 2023 after a tenure as a Ph.D. Candidate in Bioengineering at the University of Pennsylvania from August 2017 to August 2022. Recognized as an HHMI-NIBIB Interface Program Fellow in Biomedical Imaging, Iris also served in various leadership roles at Penn Biotech Group, including President, and was a founding board member and VP of Partnerships at Penn Bio Launch. Previous experience includes positions as a Summer Associate at McKinsey & Company, Venture Fellow at Civilization Ventures, and involvement in the prestigious DARPA "Human Physiome-on-a-Chip" project at MIT. Educational qualifications include a Ph.D. from the University of Pennsylvania and a B.Sc. in Chemistry/Chemical Biology from the University of California, Berkeley, complemented by research assistant roles at multiple esteemed institutions.
