Lucas Eberhardt

Lucas Eberhardt is a Senior Consultant at McKinsey & Company, where they focus on manufacturing transformations in advanced industries and the energy sector with an emphasis on operational and performance excellence. Previously, Lucas held positions at various companies, including roles as a Critical Parts Management Associate at Mercedes-Benz and intern positions at Porsche AG and Porsche Consulting. They have also completed master theses at both Eurowings and Lufthansa Cargo, examining the tradeoff between climate goals and financial performance of airlines. Lucas earned their M.Sc. in Management from WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management, and has undertaken exchange programs at the University of Michigan and Universität St.Gallen.
