Sameer Kumar

Sameer Kumar is a Senior Partner at McKinsey & Company, currently based in the Kuala Lumpur office, where they have worked since January 2008. Sameer has extensive experience in banking strategy and risk management, with a strong emphasis on developing countries such as India, Southeast Asia, and Latin America. They hold a Bachelor of Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Roorkee and an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Calcutta. Prior to their current role, Sameer held various positions at McKinsey, including Engagement Manager and Associate Principal, and worked at ICICI Bank and Standard Chartered Bank.
