Simone Cavanaugh

Simone Cavanaugh, J.D., B.C.L., is the Director of the Social, Healthcare and Public Entities (SHaPE) Practice at McKinsey & Company, specializing in the public and social sector. A graduate of McGill University’s Law Faculty with a focus on International Human Rights and Development, Simone contributed to human rights research while supporting vulnerable populations. As the Founder of Pivot International, a non-profit organization, they promoted the rights of children with disabilities. Simone has served on the Prime Minister’s Youth Council, where they advised the government on critical social issues, and has been actively involved in advocacy and education initiatives both locally and internationally.
