Ryan Hoff

Ryan Hoff, P.E., CEM, LEED AP, is an experienced energy management professional with a strong background in engineering and business. At Argonne National Laboratory from April 2022 to August 2023, Ryan served as Energy Manager, directing energy program activities at a large research campus and acting as a subject matter expert in decarbonization strategies. Previous roles include Mechanical Engineer at Elara Engineering, where Ryan focused on design, project management, energy audits, and mechanical assessments, and Energy Team Manager overseeing a team in energy-related projects. Ryan also held positions as Energy Recovery Fund Intern at Calvin University, Resident Head at the University of Chicago, and Campus Energy Manager, managing energy efficiency programs for over 100 properties. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Calvin University and an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Currently, Ryan is Program Manager at McKinstry.
