Sofie Dial is a seasoned professional in sales operations and program management with extensive experience across multiple industries. Since August 2019, Sofie has been serving as a Senior Sales Operations Program Manager at McKinstry, where responsibilities include enabling internal sales users through Salesforce support and training, and managing application enhancements. Prior to this, Sofie held various roles at Holaday-Parks, Inc., achieving significant sales performance in special projects and mechanical service sales. Experience also includes a successful tenure at Techtronic Industries in a leadership development program, ranking in the top 5% of sales representatives, as well as internships in product marketing and digital marketing. Sofie holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
