Danielle Petersen, CPA, currently serves as a Senior Accountant at McKnight Foundation since April 2023. Previously, Danielle held various roles at Allianz Life from November 2014 to January 2022, including Corporate Strategy Director and Senior Accountant for Fixed Annuities. Earlier experience includes positions in accounting policy at Allianz, accounting assistant roles at Star Tribune, and internships in media engagement and finance at Hope Chest for Breast Cancer and Grassroots Solutions. Danielle also participated in the Minnesota Business Venture program through BestPrep and served as an assistant coach for Eastview Traveling Basketball. Danielle earned a Bachelor of Science in Business with a major in Accounting and Finance from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management and attended WU (Vienna University of Economics and Business) in 2013.
