Stephen Broughall

Stephen Broughall is a Senior Advisor for the Electric Infrastructure Security Council, focusing on enhancing the resilience of electricity grids against major hazards. Previously, they served as Chief Information Officer for the Defense Threat Reduction Agency and Managing Director for the US Army's Business Mission Area. Broughall has held various advisory and leadership positions, including Managing Director of Government Affairs at Texas Central, and they remain actively involved with McLane Group and Archery Advisors. They are also pursuing multiple advanced degrees, including a Master's in National Security & Strategic Studies from the Naval War College.
