Allison Cunningham

Allison Cunningham is currently serving as the Assistant General Counsel, Litigation at McLane Company, Inc. Prior to this role, Allison worked as an Associate Attorney at Martens, Todd & Leonard, representing businesses in Texas sales and franchise tax controversy matters. Allison also held positions at the Association of Texas Professional Educators as a Staff Attorney, where Allison provided legal support in employment and education law matters. Allison's diverse legal experience includes roles at the Texas Attorney General's office, Travis County Attorney's Office, and various other legal internships and clerkships. Allison holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from The University of Texas School of Law.
