Eric Gillard

Eric Gillard serves as the Head of Learning and Organizational Development at McLane Company, Inc., leading national training initiatives and shaping the company's Learning & Development strategy since November 2022. Prior to this role, Gillard held various leadership positions at Maersk Training, including Principal for Leadership Development and Senior Associate, where project management and client engagement were pivotal. With extensive experience in business development at Bristow Group and Rice University, alongside military leadership roles at Marine Corps Aviation and U.S. Special Operations Command, Gillard has a robust background in training, development, and strategic operations. An alumnus of the U.S. Naval War College, Gillard earned a Master’s degree in National Security and Strategic Studies and holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Texas A&M University.
