Fleccia Hall has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. They started their career in 2012 as a Wheeled Diesel Mechanic in the US Army and later transitioned to become a Signal Support System Specialist. In 2019, they joined CHI St. Joseph Health as a Patient Access Representative in the ER, where they received training on the Meditech system. Unfortunately, they had to leave this job due to a forced relocation. Currently, since 2020, Fleccia is working at McLane Company, Inc., initially as a Help Desk Representative and now as a Help Desk Lead Analyst.
Fleccia Hall earned a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Southern New Hampshire University from 2022 to 2025.
