With a background in masonry and construction for 18 years, Jess brings a wealth of local knowledge and hands-on expertise to real estate. Growing up in Shortpump and relocating to Goochland gave him a deep appreciation and understanding of the area. Jess graduated from Randolph-Macon College with a degree in Environmental Studies and a minor in Communications, enhancing his understanding of the area's unique characteristics.

His career began in designing septic fields and wells for new constructions before transitioning into kitchen and interior renovations. This experience has proven invaluable in helping clients navigate the real estate market, whether buying or selling.

In 2023, he earned his Broker’s license, driven by a passion for team building and helping clients find their next home or sell their property. His extensive construction background allows him to offer insights and guidance that set him apart from the rest.

Jess is married to his wife, Breanna, and they have three kids. Jess and his family love the outdoors, the beach, and exploring nature together. On the side, he enjoys fishing with the good-ol’ boys and cooking, enjoying quality time spent together.
