Established in 2010 through a tri-partite agreement by the Alberta Medical Association, Alberta Health and Alberta Health Services, PCNs are an extension of a family physician’s services.

McLeod River PCN provides comprehensive family medicine through multi-disciplinary teams that include: physicians, nurse practitioners, nurses, kinesiologists, social workers and panel managers.

Our team focuses on health promotion, disease and injury prevention, and care of patients who are medically complex or who have a chronic health condition.

Currently serving over 37,000 patients, the MRPCN is comprised of 40 physicians working in 5 medical clinics and employs over 20 other healthcare professionals.
