Alex Floyd

Alex Floyd is an accomplished hospitality professional with extensive experience in restaurant management and integration roles. Currently serving as Integration Specialist Team Lead at McLeod Software since May 2019, previous roles include Integration Specialist and Implementation Trainer. Prior to this, Alex held the position of Regional Manager at Hot and Hot Fish Club/Ovenbird and Beverage Director/Food Truck General Manager at Shindigs Catering Inc. Additionally, Alex has significant experience in restaurant operations as General Manager at both Bettola/Vittoria and Hot and Hot Fish Club, where responsibilities included staff management, cost control, and enhancing dining experiences. Alex began a career in wine sales with GrassRoots Wine Wholesalers and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management from The University of Alabama.
