Craig Brown

Craig Brown has extensive experience in implementation and client services management, currently serving as the Director of Implementation Services at McLeod Software since September 2018, where previous roles included Manager and Implementation Operations Manager. Prior to this, Craig worked at Casamba Corp. as Implementation Manager, focusing on therapy software implementations following the acquisition of SourceMedical Therapy Division. Craig's earlier experience encompasses managing customer service for Regions Bank at CBRE, overseeing facility management support across numerous properties, and supervising client services at ADP Dealer Services. Craig began a career in IT and operations support at Industrial Electric Supply, contributing to telecommunications and network infrastructure before earning a degree from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
