Heather B.

Heather B. is a skilled Learning Technologist and Multimedia Specialist at McLeod Software since September 2019, also serving as the Learning Management System administrator. Prior to this role, Heather worked as a Managing Cosmetologist in various salons across Northeast Alabama from June 2011 to 2019, specializing in chemical services, custom color, brow waxing, and haircuts. Additional experience includes serving as Site Lead and Administrative Assistant at Spectrum Knowledge from February 2016 to August 2017, where responsibilities encompassed support for instructors, coordinating educational logistics, and client communication. Heather also worked as a freelance artist in illustration and graphic design from February 2005 to August 2015, promoting artwork at conventions, and has experience as a barista at Starbucks from March 2004 to October 2009. Education was undertaken at The University of Alabama and Jacksonville State University.
