Jed Duke

Jed Duke serves as an Account Relationship Manager for the Enterprise Systems Team at McLeod Software since February 2021. Prior to this role, Jed worked as an Inside Sales-New Business Representative at WTI Transport, Inc. from May 2018 to February 2021. Jed's experience also includes a significant tenure at Holland, where the role of Operations Supervisor involved responsibilities such as safety inspections, customer relations, load and route planning, city and linehaul dispatch, manpower planning, process improvement, overseeing dock operations, and training new supervisors in the Southeast Region from January 2013 to May 2018. Jed holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Business Administration and Management from Auburn University and an Associate of Science degree from Southern Union State Community College.
