Joshua Hamilton

Joshua Hamilton is a Human Resources Learning and Development Specialist at McLeod Software, with experience in the role since May 2020. Prior to this, Joshua gained valuable insights as a Human Resources Intern. During the academic year from August 2020 to May 2021, Joshua served as a Resident Assistant at the University of Alabama at Birmingham, contributing to the Office of Student Housing & Resident Life by fostering an environment supportive of student academic and personal growth. Joshua earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management with a focus on Human Resources from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, completing the degree in December 2022.
