Shane Dempsey has been working in the software industry for over 15 years. Shane started their career as a Managed Services Partner at JM Family Enterprises, where they were responsible for providing complex business analyses of customer’s business requirements and developing benchmark demonstrations, proposals and value propositions that exceeded customers’ requirements. This resulted in the development of new customers and retention of existing Managed Document Services accounts by applying a consultative approach.
In 2011, Shane Dempsey transitioned to Ricoh Americas Corporation, where they continued to provide complex business analyses of customer’s business requirements and develop benchmark demonstrations, proposals and value propositions. Shane also began to focus on developing marketing materials for social media and community relations.
In 2013, Shane Dempsey left Ricoh Americas Corporation to become the Director of Website & Social Media at Warrior Wrestling Club. In this role, they worked closely with other Board of Directors and Trustees to help develop the current and future business plan, develop and plan for future wrestling tournaments, and provide website content for the organization including photos of tournaments / events. Shane was also tasked with generating a club sponsorship / donation program with local business and enterprise level organizations willing to promote the sport of wrestling.
In 2018, Shane Dempsey left Warrior Wrestling Club to become a Solutions Delivery Consultant at McLeod Software. In this role, they are responsible for providing complex business analyses of customer’s business requirements and developing benchmark demonstrations, proposals and value propositions that exceed customers’ requirements.
Shane Dempsey has an AS in Information Technology from Broward College and is certified from CompTIA in CompTIA CDIA+.
Shane Dempsey reports to Adel Harika, Director of Imaging. They are on a team with and Kiran Desai - Flowlogix Project Manager.
