Tracy Ingram is an experienced technology professional with a robust background in software development and client services. Currently, at McLeod Software since August 2008, Tracy has held multiple titles including Senior DataFusion Developer, EDI Developer, Client Services Developer, and Quality Assurance Analyst. Prior experience includes working as a Senior Developer at SunGard EBS, where responsibilities included acting as a point of escalation for client support and designing development solutions, and as a Workstation Programmer for SunGard AMS, focusing on .Net solutions for financial products. Tracy began a career in software development at Bisys Document Solutions, contributing to the coding and testing of a check imaging system.
