As President of Mcloone Metal Graphics since September 2017, Deidre has played a pivotal role in steering the company's direction. Previously, Deidre held multiple senior positions at Northern Engraving from March 1996 to September 2017, including Global Director of Marketing & Design at NBHX TRIM GROUP, where responsibilities encompassed managing sales teams, promoting business online, and setting strategic design direction. Deidre's educational background includes an MBA with a focus on Ethics in Leadership and a BS in Art in Business from Viterbo University, alongside training from Dale Carnegie.
