Fred Hagh is a Project Controls and PMO Analyst with over 14 years of experience in infrastructure and telecom projects. Currently at McMahon Services, Fred supports project delivery teams by managing documentation control and tracking material deliveries. Previously, Fred held roles at companies such as HiWEB and TOSAN, where they led process mapping initiatives and enhanced project management practices. Fred earned a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering from Islamic Azad University and has developed a passion for providing actionable insights and fostering collaboration across teams.
