Tisa Dirmeier

Tisa Dirmeier has a diverse work experience spanning across multiple companies in the HR field. Tisa is currently employed at McMakler as the Head of People Operations since November 2022. Prior to this, they were a Project Manager in People Operations at McMakler from September 2021 to November 2022.

Before joining McMakler, Tisa worked at KPMG as a Referentin in Personalentwicklung from June 2019 to September 2021.

Tisa also gained experience at etventure, where they held the role of Junior HR Manager from August 2018 to June 2019. Prior to this, they worked as a Working Student in Human Resources from October 2016 to July 2018.

Furthermore, Tisa completed internships at EY as a Human Resources Intern from November 2017 to January 2018, and at British American Tobacco as a Human Resources Intern from September 2015 to March 2016.

Tisa Dirmeier completed their Bachelor's degree in BWL from Leuphana University of Lüneburg, from 2012 to 2015. Tisa then pursued a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Hochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft Berlin, from 2016 to 2018.
