The McMaster Actuarial Society is dedicated to bringing together the vast actuarial and mathematics community on campus by:

	• Supplying students with resources for the SOA/CAS preliminary examinations
	• Supporting actuarial students by providing information about the accreditation process and the actuarial field
	• Hosting information sessions and employer recruitment sessions
	• Organizing social events for students to come together
	• Providing information about future job postings
	• Keeping students up to date with actuarial news
	• Mentoring students on actuarial career development
