Bianca Ingram

Bianca Ingram is an emerging professional with diverse experience in strategy, management, and community engagement. As a Match Scholar at QuestBridge from December 2020 to May 2025, Bianca contributed to connecting underprivileged students with top colleges. In the summer of 2024, Bianca worked as a Summer Strategy and Transactions Associate in Divestitures at EY-Parthenon, where a full-time return offer was extended. Currently serving as a Management Trainee at McMaster-Carr, Bianca previously played an instrumental role on the Quad Identity Team at Duke University, leading collaborative efforts to develop the visual identity and traditions of Wannamaker Quad as part of the QuadEx initiative. Bianca holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Duke University, completed in 2025.
