Curtis Scheck

Curtis Scheck has extensive experience in sales operations and customer support at McMaster-Carr since June 2011, currently serving as a Sales Ops Representative while also leading the Pride Alliance LGBTQIA+ Employee Resource Group and working as a recruiter. Prior roles at McMaster-Carr include providing customer service as a Phone Contact Center Representative, creating training programs as a Department Trainer, resolving issues as a Resolutions Representative, and efficiently processing orders as an Entry Representative. Scheck gained foundational skills as a Writing Tutor and Communications Director at Kent State University Writing Commons and developed marketing skills as a Marketing and Communications Intern with the Greater Akron Chamber. Curtis holds a Master of Science in Education, Learning Design and Technology from Purdue University and a Bachelor of Arts in English from Kent State University.
