Derek Fake is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and project management. Currently serving as a Regional Project Manager at McMaster-Carr since April 2021, Derek has been instrumental in designing a state-of-the-art distribution center and has previously held roles that include Operations Strategy Manager, Operations Manager, and Operations Supervisor.
