Erik S. possesses extensive experience in maintenance management and engineering, currently serving as the Maintenance Manager at McMaster-Carr since April 2023. Prior to this role, Erik held the position of Regional Maintenance Manager at Avery Dennison from October 2016 to April 2023, overseeing the Maintenance Departments at the Cleveland and Painesville Films Facilities. Earlier experience includes serving as Shift Manager for Mechanical Maintenance at ArcelorMittal, where responsibilities included managing mechanical maintenance activities for the #2 Basic Oxygen Furnace, and contributing to the Maintenance Engineering division as a Project Engineer focused on TPM/WCM implementation. Erik’s career began with an internship in mechanical reliability at ArcelorMittal and a sourcing co-op at General Electric. Erik holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from The Ohio State University, obtained in 2011.
