Freda Wells

Freda Wells has extensive experience at McMaster-Carr since July 2007, advancing through various leadership roles including Vice President | Branch Manager and Senior Director of Recruiting, Staffing & Healthy Meritocracy. Key accomplishments include building a recruitment function focused on diversity and inclusion, and optimizing warehouse operations to enhance productivity. Prior to McMaster-Carr, Freda served as a Language Arts Teacher with Teach For America, significantly improving student performance on standardized testing. Freda holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from Howard University, earned in 2005.
