Grace Chu

Grace Chu has a diverse background in customer solutions and team leadership, currently serving in a Customer Solutions role at McMaster-Carr since December 2022. Prior experience includes a position at The Financial Gym, where Grace oversaw a team of financial trainers, achieving significant improvements in clients' financial health and leading the management of affiliate partnerships. Grace also held multiple roles at Healthy Spot, including Spot Area Manager, directing a large team across several locations and overseeing various operational aspects, as well as serving as Administrative Manager to manage human resources for over 200 employees. Educational achievements include a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interdisciplinary Arts/Interior Architecture from Woodbury University and a Graduate Certificate in Museum Studies from California State University, Long Beach.
