Jeff Knoche

Jeff Knoche, MBA, has extensive experience in customer service and business operations, currently serving as Customer Accounts Supervisor at McMaster-Carr since September 2014, with previous roles in customer service management and sales development. An MBA graduate from UC Irvine's Paul Merage School of Business, Jeff also held positions such as Business Development & Management Fellow at Village Capital and Development Specialist with the Peace Corps, focusing on community needs and stakeholder collaboration. Earlier roles include Administrative Analyst for the City of Lawndale and Recreation Coordinator for the City of El Segundo, where Jeff demonstrated leadership in budget management, program development, and operational efficiency. Academically, Jeff holds a Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Business Law from USC and a Graduate Certificate in Impact Investing & Social Enterprise Development from the Middlebury Institute of International Studies.
