Kassandra Shaffer has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, highlighted by roles as General Manager at multiple hotels, including Home2 Suites by Hilton and Hampton Inn & Suites, where responsibilities focused on overseeing daily operations and enhancing customer service. Kassandra's career also includes owning Fresche Catering, which specializes in creating custom menus and high-quality catering services in Northeast Ohio, as well as a position as an Independent Consultant for Thirty One Gifts. Additionally, Kassandra has held various front office and management positions throughout different hotel chains, including Country Inn & Suites and Holiday Inn Express & Suites. Kassandra holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Hospitality Management from Youngstown State University.
